good 'n' healthy

As I mentioned before, I'm doing Whole Living's 28-day cleansing. I'm currently on week 4 and things have definitely been much easier since I last mentioned it. I've felt my absolute best during the second week, in part because I was getting lots of good sleep! So far we've found quite a few recipes that I'll make once the diet is complete. If you're looking for some good, healthy recipes, these are definitely worth checking out.
